Acceptable Use
What you may and may not generate. No brand impersonation, no unauthorised property photos.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may, and may not, use Floori. It complements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension or termination, refusal of future service, and — where relevant — referral to law enforcement.
1. General prohibitions
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law applicable to you, to the country of your account, or to the place from which you access the Service.
- Generate content that sexualises or endangers minors, or that violates child-protection laws, in any form.
- Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, or any deepfake intended to harass, defraud or coerce.
- Threaten, harass, dox or incite violence or hatred against any person or group on the basis of any protected characteristic.
- Engage in fraud, scams, social-engineering attacks or impersonation of any person, employer, business or government body.
- Generate or distribute content used in regulated subject matter where Floori is not licensed (medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, securities, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, election content).
- Probe, scan, overload or otherwise disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits, billing or authentication.
- Use the Service to train any other model, or to develop a product that competes with Floori.
2. Material-preview industry rules
Because Floori sits beside an active building-materials retail market, additional industry-specific rules apply:
- No brand impersonation. You may not generate Outputs that include a registered building-material brand's name, logo, product family identifier, range badge or trademarked colour code in a way intended to suggest endorsement or origin. Stylistic resemblance ("looks like a marble") is fine; explicit branding ("Calacatta Mariposa™ by Vendor X") is not.
- No unauthorised property photographs. Do not upload photographs of a property unless you own it, you live in it, or you have written permission from the owner or principal tenant. This rule applies to listing agents, designers, landlords, contractors and clients. Photos that include identifiable people require their consent before upload.
- No commercial reuse of brand reference imagery. If you upload a Pinterest or merchant screenshot to seed a preview, you may use the resulting Output for personal decision-making and for discussion with installers. You may not use it to compete with the brand whose photo you used as reference.
- Structural and safety-critical work. Where the surface in question forms part of a load-bearing element, a fire escape route, a wet area, or a heritage-listed feature, do not treat any Output as a basis for installation. Consult a licensed professional for those decisions.
- Public-facing claims. Do not represent a Floori Output as a real photograph of an installed material in any commercial listing, planning application or insurance document. Outputs must be disclosed as AI-generated previews wherever they are shown to a third party who could rely on them.
3. Security and abuse
You may not attempt to bypass our content moderation, prompt-injection protections, output watermarking or rate limits, nor probe our infrastructure or those of our processors. Security researchers acting in good faith should report findings to support@flooronepro.com rather than publish them; we will not pursue good-faith research that respects the safe-harbour conditions in our forthcoming responsible disclosure note.
4. Reporting violations
To report content or behaviour that violates this AUP, email support@flooronepro.com with as much detail as you can provide (URL, account email, screenshots if relevant). We aim to acknowledge within one working day and to complete an initial review within five working days.
5. Enforcement
We may, without notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, decline future business, withhold or revoke credits, or take any other action consistent with the Terms of Service. Where the violation is illegal, we may notify the relevant authorities and may retain account, billing and IP-address records for the period needed to assist an investigation.
6. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
